Wine & Food Pairing – Featuring the Different Styles of Pinot Noir

We are switching up our weekly wine tasting to featuring some of our robust list of Pinot Noirs. We’re heading to France first and then we’re off to Oregon, down to California and ending in…

Individual cheese and charcuterie will be featured with each tasting as you take a stroll through the unique language of Pinot Noir.

This is a perfect event for to invite friends or bring a date. Attending solo isn’t frowned upon either becuase by the end of the tasting, you’re sure to make some new wine-loving friends along the way!

Those featured this week include: (all paired with loally sourced baguette (gf available) all meat is pork-based)

  • Le Charmel – Pays d’Oc – Languedoc
    paired w/ pate (mushroom & walnut pate), port salut cheese, cornichons & stone ground mustard
  • Rickshaw – Sustainable vineyard from diverse appellations across California
    paired w/ prociutto, brie & fig jam
  • Wild Hills – Willamette Valley, Oregon
    paired w/ mushroom, truffle cheese & roasted garlic flatbread
    Plus – A special feature of the evening boasting rave reviews and a steep price tag! All are sure to please your palette!
  • Special Pinot Noir – paired w/ Bruschetta: burratta & cracked pepper, sun dried tomato, cracked black pepper & basil, toasted
