HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
~ Need to sit together? We want you to as well! Though reserved seating is only identified by your ticket purchase. If you’ve been to Vinos, you know we have community tables. The house decides where folks are seated, but this is an INTERACTIVE PARTY.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
For this particular event, no one under the age of 21 is permitted unfortunately.
– During regular business hours, Vinos Wine Bars welcomes all ages. *With the only exception being seated at the bar. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to sit at the bar during normal business hours.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Public Parking is available. There is a meter located right outside Vinos’ front doors. Pay by Phone is also an option. We have the cheapest parking in town at around .50/hour. Though, if you intend to drink during our special events, we highly recommend Uber or Lyft or a taxi. If you live in the neighborhood, we recommend walking!
What can I bring into the event?
A mask. It’s a Masquerade after all! We also encourage you to bring your willingness to talk to strangers as this is an interactive event. Staying seated will not help your quest to discover who the murderer is and win the grand prize!
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
What’s the refund policy?
We want everyone to enjoy themselves! Refunds are available up to the event start time. (If we can’t get to it at that time because we’re busy hosting the event, rest assured we will get to it within 24 hours.)
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Your ticket is your purchase confirmation. Please present it to the host at the front door when you arrive.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you decide you are unable to attend and would like to gift your ticket to someone else, that’s up to you! If you are a Character Role, we ask that you give us at least two days heads’ up so that we can either reassign the role or prepare your stand in with proper information.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes. As long as all attendees are of proper age and a Character Role isn’t affected. (see above)
Is there assigned seating?
Yes. The room seating is laid out for the event specifically. We ask that everyone respect the assigned seating numbers. If you have purchased your tickets with the intention of sitting next to someone else and it’s not been communicated through ticket purchase, please email email@example.com so that we may accommodate as closely as possible.
